Across the K3 to K5 levels, students progress from basic body awareness to becoming independent advocates for their own well-being. The curriculum transitions from identifying body parts and personal boundaries in K3 to understanding the physiological effects of exercise on the heart and muscles by K5. Throughout these formative years, children explore nutrition, safety, and health-related fitness through playful movement and cooperative games. Integrated life skills—such as managing emotions, practicing mindfulness, and communicating effectively, ensure that students develop the confidence to make healthy choices and care for both their bodies and minds in school and at home.

K4 and K5 Art focuses on the joy of creativity through hands-on discovery and personal expression. Starting in K4, students build confidence by experimenting with color, line, and texture using crayons, markers, and paint. This foundation expands in K5 as students incorporate more structure, learning about patterns, form, and storytelling while refining techniques like controlled cutting and gluing. By combining open-ended exploration with gentle skill-building, the program encourages young artists to express themselves freely, make independent choices, and celebrate their unique creative journeys.

The K3 through K5 music program builds early musical awareness through a blend of singing, movement, and hands-on instrument exploration. Starting in K3 and K4, students develop coordination and listening skills by engaging with rhythm, beat, and body percussion in a playful, group-oriented environment. As they move into K5, students apply these concepts with greater confidence, exploring introductory notation and simple keyboard patterns while refining their sense of timing. By incorporating percussion instruments and short performances, the curriculum fosters teamwork, responsibility, and stage confidence, ensuring every child finds joy in their unique creative journey.

The K4 and K5 Urdu program builds language confidence through a blend of everyday vocabulary, classroom routines, and interactive literacy. In K4, students begin with basic greetings, numbers, and behavioral instructions, using sensory-rich tools like puppets, songs, and movement games to absorb the language naturally. This foundation expands in K5 as students engage in daily conversations about time, mastering days of the week and months of the year, while transitioning into formal literacy. By focusing on letter recognition and tracing the Alif, Bay, and Jeem families, alongside themes like fruits, vegetables, and opposites, the curriculum ensures students develop the independence to use Urdu across various cultural and practical contexts.

The K4 and K5 ICT program builds essential digital literacy by blending technical skills with creative exploration. In K4, students establish a strong foundation by learning computer hardware basics, mouse control through game-based learning, and keyboarding skills reinforced by catchy songs. This sets the stage for K5, where students take on more independence by logging into school accounts and using Microsoft Paint for digital artwork. The curriculum further expands into logical thinking with Scratch Jr. coding and "super word" typing exercises that integrate with their reading and writing classes. By combining hardware mastery with introductory programming and literacy-focused keyboarding, the program ensures students develop the problem-solving skills needed for future digital learning.

K3-K5 PE focuses on motor skill development and school readiness through highly active play. With over 360 structured activities, the SPARK curriculum seamlessly integrates academic concepts like Math, Literacy, and Science into physical movement. Each lesson emphasizes Social and Emotional Learning and includes "Right Fit" modifications, ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, can participate in inclusive and engaging activities that support their overall growth.
