Early Learning Center

ELC Clubs
ELC clubs are offered from 12:05-12:40 from Monday-Thursday. While these clubs are mandatory for K4 students as we prepare them for the full school day in K5, they are optional for K3 and K5 students. Our clubs are flexible and may change throughout the year, typically focused on developing fine and gross motor skills through collaborative and independent activities such as tennis, yoga, soccer, and green team.
Testimonials
ELC and Elementary School at KAS was a wonderful and magical experience for my children. It cultivated and nurtured their sense of self, independence and wonder whilst helping them develop the tools for learning and responding to the world.
ELC Parent
Our little one was nurtured with a lot of care and in an environment that allowed him to explore his areas of interest and build valuable social, motor and academic skills. Due to the small class size the teachers knew my child very well and customised activities that helped in my child’s early development.

ELC Parent Involvement
Parent involvement in the Early Learning Center (ELC) is strongly supported through frequent communication from the principal and enhanced by the dedicated “Room Parent” system. Each classroom designates a Room Parent, whose primary function is to facilitate check-ins and smooth communication among the class parents and the teacher regarding specific needs, projects, and special events. Beyond daily communication and classroom liaisons, the ELC hosts monthly events, which parents are always encouraged to attend. These occasions, which sometimes include other school divisions (Elementary, Middle, or High School), allow parents to actively participate by watching performances, engaging in hands-on activities, and witnessing their child's developmental growth and learning firsthand.
